DriveTime is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to drive the customer experience and manage end-to-end sales and dealership operations. You will build relationships with customers, secure appointments, and convert visits into completed sales while performing essential store tasks and maintaining compliance.

The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement within a multi-brand dealership family.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations with proven success in driving sales performance and delivering high-quality customer experiences.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check

Responsabilidades

• Build strong partnerships with customers who have expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle.
• Manage the full sales cycle by completing sales calls to secure appointments and converting visits into sales.
• Perform operational responsibilities including opening/closing the store, cash handling, inventory management, audits, and documentation tasks.
• Maintain expert knowledge of dealership inventory, financing options, and all related sales processes.
• Collaborate with and support team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver a world-class, tailored customer experience in the dealership and DriveTime family of companies.
• Support onboarding and development as a training partner for new Sales and Operations Advisors.
