Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to engage customers, guide them to the right vehicle and financing options, and support dealership operations. You’ll complete sales calls, schedule appointments, and help ensure a high-quality customer experience while maintaining inventory and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales/retail operations, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• Proven track record in driving sales performance and delivering high-quality customer experiences.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle and guide them through the sales process.
• Manage full sales cycle by making calls to secure appointments and convert visits to sales.
• Perform store operational duties including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory audits, and documentation.
