Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver a world‑class customer experience and drive vehicle sales. This role supports dealership operations, ensures compliance, and nurtures customer relationships from first contact to purchase and aftercare.

You will participate in multi‑phase development, handle inventory and financing options, and train new hires while contributing to a high‑energy team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred.
• 3+ years of sales and retail operations experience.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable for 3 years.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass drug and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers and guide them through drives, inventory and financing.
• Manage full sales cycle: calls to appointments and converting visits to sales.
• Open/close store, cash handling, inventory audits and documentation tasks.
• Maintain expert knowledge of inventory, website and financing options.
