Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences by matching needs with vehicles and financing options. You will drive the full sales cycle from appointment setting to completed sales, while supporting daily dealership operations and compliance.

You will build strong customer partnerships, manage cash handling, inventory, and documentation, and collaborate with team members to ensure a world-class dealership experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• Proven track record in driving sales performance and delivering high-quality customer experiences.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective customer interactions by understanding needs and matching with the right vehicle and financing options.
• Ensure customers complete a purchase or understand next steps.
• Support dealership operations with required tasks, compliance, and high-quality customer experience.
• Develop partnerships with customers through DriveTime processes and nurture activities.
• Open/close store, handle cash, manage inventory, conduct audits, and complete documentation.
