Job summary

DriveTime Car Sales, LLC is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver effective customer interactions by understanding needs and matching them with the right vehicle, inventory, and financing options.

Responsibilities include handling full sales cycle, opening/closing the store, cash handling, inventory audits, and maintaining compliance to ensure the dealership delivers a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle and guide them through the sales process.
• Manage the full sales cycle by completing calls to secure appointments and convert visits into sales.
• Open/close the store, handle cash, perform inventory management, audits, and administrative tasks (documentation, tags, title/registration).
• Maintain expert knowledge of dealership inventory, financing options, trades, upgrades, and post-sale activities.
• Contribute to a positive, safe, and high-performing team environment and support onboarding of new hires.
