Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to help customers find the right vehicle and financing. You will support dealership operations, ensure compliance, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales journey.

You’ll build relationships, open opportunities, and participate in multi-phase growth through training and level-based responsibilities, with a focus on delivering results and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related sales and retail operations experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers expressing interest in purchasing a vehicle; guide them through DriveTime processes.
• Manage the full sales cycle: make calls, secure appointments, convert visits into sales.
• Perform store operations: open/close, cash handling, inventory audits, documentation.
• Maintain expertise on dealership inventory, financing options, trades, upgrades and post-sale activities.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience in-dealership and support team goals.
