Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a customer-focused Team Member to support sales and dealership operations. You will greet customers, present vehicle features and financing basics, and nurture leads through diverse communication channels.

The role requires 1+ year in a fast-paced customer-facing environment, a valid driver's license, and willingness to learn through multi-phase certification. We offer growth opportunities and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in hospitality, sales and/or retail with a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to progress through multi-phase, Level 1 and 2 certification with increasing responsibility.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers to create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during purchasing, presenting vehicle features, financing basics, and services.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests to nurture relationships.
• Schedule appointments and maintain communication with prospective customers via phone, text, and email.
• Support the sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations, and customer follow-up activities.
• Process paperwork including down payments, title documents, trade information, and loan documents.
• Maintain vehicle inventory presentation and showroom organization.
• Support daily dealership operations and collaborate across departments.
• Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to a team-focused culture.
