Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an experienced enablement leader to design and scale our sales leader enablement program. You will drive onboarding, training, and reinforcement across a global sales organization, shaping what great sales leadership looks like and building scalable infrastructure to develop it.

You will work with Product, Operations, and field teams to translate AI concepts and sales processes into actionable programs, delivering measurable outcomes and executive-level guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience rolling out and reinforcing a sales methodology across a distributed sales team.
• Program management experience in fast-growing, ambiguous environments.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for training managers and executives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Design and build a scalable onboarding and ongoing development program for sales leadership.
• Roll out a unified sales methodology across the global sales team with executive sponsorship.
• Build a reinforcement system embedding methodology into coaching cadences, deal reviews, and forecasting.
• Define and measure leading indicators of manager and team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to deliver timely messaging and training on new releases and use cases.
• Serve as trusted advisor to sales leadership on productivity and leadership development.
• Leverage Claude and AI tools to deliver personalized, just-in-time training at scale.
