Anthropic is seeking an experienced enablement professional to build our Sales Leader Enablement program. You will design onboarding, training, and reinforcement programs to help sales managers ramp quickly, lead teams effectively, and drive consistent sales processes globally.

You will work at the intersection of sales leadership, product, operations, and field teams to translate complex AI concepts into clear programs. This is a ground floor opportunity to build enablement from scratch.

Qualifikationen

• Direct experience rolling out and reinforcing a sales methodology across a distributed sales team, including training managers to coach to it.
• Program management experience in fast-growing, ambiguous environments.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for executives and managers.

Aufgaben

• Design and build scalable onboarding and development programs for sales leadership.
• Roll out a unified sales methodology across the global sales team with executive sponsorship.
• Embed methodology into coaching cadences, deal reviews, pipeline inspection, and forecasting.
• Define leading indicators of manager and team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to deliver timely training content.
• Advise sales leadership on productivity and coaching effectiveness.
• Leverage AI tools to deliver personalized, scalable training.
