Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a Business Insights Specialist to join the Sales Operations team. You will own recurring sales reporting, build dashboards for leadership, and automate reporting workflows using AI tools to deliver timely insights.

You will source data, validate accuracy, and respond to ad hoc requests, while maintaining clear documentation of definitions and data sources. 2–4 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in reporting, business analytics, sales operations, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, run, and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, including production numbers, pipeline/KPI recaps, sales scorecards, and business review packets.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and inspection tooling for leadership and frontline teams.
• Automate recurring reporting workflows using Claude and other AI tools, building and maintaining prompts, templates, and processes.
• Source and validate data from FOX and other systems to ensure accuracy and completeness before reports go out.
• Field ad hoc data requests and quick-turn analyses for sales leadership and frontline teams.
• Maintain documentation of report definitions, data sources, and refresh cadence to ensure reporting consistency.
