Job summary

CHG Healthcare is seeking a Business Insights specialist to join the Sales Operations team. You will own recurring sales reporting, build KPI dashboards, and drive automation of reporting workflows using Claude and AI tools.

Collaboration with Sales leadership and frontline teams will ensure timely, accurate insights. You should bring 2–4 years in analytics or sales operations, strong Excel skills, and experience with Salesforce or Tableau.

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in reporting, business analytics, sales operations, or related field.
Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales reporting tools.
Experience with Tableau (or similar BI tool) for building and maintaining reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Build, run, and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for production numbers, pipeline KPIs, and sales scorecards.
Build and maintain KPI dashboards and inspection tooling used by leadership and frontline teams.
Automate recurring reporting workflows using Claude and other AI tools to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
Source and validate data from FOX and other systems to ensure completeness before reports are distributed.
Field ad hoc data requests and quick-turn analyses for sales leadership and frontline teams.
Maintain documentation of report definitions, data sources, and refresh cadence to ensure consistency.
