Job summary

CHG Healthcare is seeking a Business Insights Specialist to join the Sales Operations team. You will own the production of recurring sales reporting, build dashboards, and drive automation of reporting workflows so insights reach stakeholders faster.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience, a bachelor’s in business or analytics, and familiarity with CRM and BI tools. You’ll work across divisions and may have work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in reporting, business analytics, sales operations, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, run, and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, including production numbers, pipeline/KPI recaps, sales scorecards, and business review packets.
• Build and maintain the KPI dashboards and inspection tooling leadership and frontline teams rely on.
• Automate recurring reporting workflows using Claude and other AI tools, building and maintaining the prompts, templates, and processes that keep reports accurate with minimal manual effort.
• Source and validate data from FOX and other systems to ensure accuracy and completeness before reports go out.
• Field ad hoc data requests and quick-turn analysis for sales leadership and frontline teams.
• Maintain documentation of report definitions, data sources, and refresh cadence so reporting stays consistent regardless of who owns it.
