Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Sales Analyst who will provide data-driven insights to drive sales efficiency, revenue growth, and client loyalty. The role focuses on analyzing sales and marketing data, developing KPI metrics, and presenting actions to cross-functional teams.

You will build targeting plans, create customer profiles, and maintain Power BI dashboards while collaborating with product, sales, and marketing to optimize processes and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in report planning, forecasting, data analysis, CRM.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams.
• Proficient in Power BI, Excel, SQL basics.
