Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Sales Analyst to turn sales and marketing data into actionable insights. You will build KPI dashboards in Power BI, work with CRM data, and partner with product, sales, and marketing to drive revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in business or analytics, 5+ years in data analysis or reporting, strong SQL and Excel skills, and the ability to clearly communicate findings to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or related field required.
5+ years' experience in report planning, forecasting, data analysis, or CRM.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales, IT, HR).
Leverage data sources to target accounts and develop campaign opportunities.
Develop customer profiles and playbooks to drive campaigns.
Translate business objectives into data-driven reporting solutions.
Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle to improve pipeline velocity.
Analyze product, competitive, channel and customer dynamics to guide decisions.
Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for sales teams.
Utilize CRM systems to manage and analyze customer information.
