Job summary

CHG Healthcare's CompHealth unit seeks a Process & Technology Specialist to own day-to-day Sales CRM administration, build KPI dashboards, and support rollout of new platforms. You will lead AI tool adoption, train staff, and help standardize processes across the sales tech stack.

Collaborating with product and engineering, you will drive automation, data integrity, and user enablement while contributing to a flexible work culture and competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales/operations or a related technical support role.
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field.
• Experience in CRM administration (Salesforce or similar).
• Interest in AI tools and process automation; Claude a plus.
• Clear communicator who can train staff through tech changes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CRM administration (Salesforce), including access, workflows, and data hygiene.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and frontline margin/productivity tools.
• Identify and implement process automations across the sales tech stack.
• Lead hands-on AI tool adoption, training, and usage tracking.
• Serve as liaison to product/engineering for rollout coordination and UAT.
• Maintain process documentation and SOPs for administered systems.
