Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing in Fort Lauderdale seeks a results-driven recruitment professional to identify and develop new business opportunities for clients. You will cold call prospects, listen to client needs, travel to sites, and manage timelines and expectations. A base salary with uncapped earning potential awaits, plus ongoing training and PTO. Monday–Friday, on-site a five-day workweek.

• Perform quality control with recruiting team when screening candidates for job
• Complete reference checks
• Contract negotiation with new and existing clients

Projected Earnings:

• Year 1: 45k – 65k
• Year 2: 60k – 90k
• Year 3: 75k – 125k
• Base salary + uncapped earning potential
