Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing is seeking an Account Executive to identify new business opportunities and build client relationships in Hunt Valley, MD. The role emphasizes cold calling, solution selling, and traveling to client sites.

The position offers an on-site, five-day workweek with base salary plus uncapped earning potential and performance-based incentives. Training, PTO, and holidays are provided to support professional growth.

Projected Earnings:

• Year 1: 45k – 65k
• Year 2: 60k – 90k
• Year 3: 75k – 125k
• Base salary + uncapped earning potential

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
