Job summary

Synerfac is seeking an in-person Recruiter in the Philadelphia area to connect with job seekers and collaborate with sales managers on job descriptions and hiring criteria. The role includes screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with the offer process and background checks.

Base salary with uncapped earning potential and performance-based incentives, plus PTO and paid holidays. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and local

Job Description:

• Responsible for building relationships with new and existing job seekers in the local market
• Collaborate with sales managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Screen resumes, applications and select qualified candidates
• Schedules interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
• Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, and directors
• Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
• Coordinating preemployment screenings, distributing background checks, and administrative work before the client starts
• Identifying active job seekers for specific amongst various internal / external job boards, client referrals, & previous contractors
• Identifying potential sales leads

Qualifications:

• Customer Service experience preferred

Projected Earnings:

• Year 1: 45k-55k
• Year 2: 50k-75k
• Year 3: 70k-100k
• Base salary + Uncapped earning potential
• Performance-based incentives

• Monday to Friday
• 8am - 5pm
