Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing in Greensboro/High Point, NC is seeking a proactive Sales/Business Development professional to identify opportunities, listen to client needs, and secure meetings with prospective clients. This in-person, five-day-a-week role requires travel to client sites and strong rapport-building skills.

You will work under the Branch Manager or Sales Manager, with base salary plus uncapped earning potential, performance incentives, ongoing training, and periodic summer half-day

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identifying new business opportunities through cold calling and researching new prospects
• Listening to the client’s needs and providing a solution
• Securing meetings with prospective clients
• Traveling to new client’s and prospect’s sites
• Handling objections and building rapport with prospects
