Job summary

Samsara in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Sales Engineering Manager to lead a dispersed team and partner with Account Executives, Regional Sales Directors, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will drive technical pre-sales strategy, provide trusted advisory support, and help customers understand Samsara's platform in infrastructure, SaaS, and IoT applications.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales engineering management experience.
• Experience with Software Product sales: Infrastructure, SaaS.
• Strong technical and business acumen.
• Ability to partner with sales, product, marketing, support and success teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage individual and team performance with cross-functional partners.
• Work with Account Executives and Regional Sales Directors on strategy and activity.
• Manage escalations in a pre-sales environment.
• Participate in customer/prospect calls as a trusted advisor.
