Job summary
United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Sales Engineer to support our UK & Ireland ventures by blending strong technical acumen with clear business value communication. You will be a key technical and commercial partner throughout the sales cycle, helping customers understand how our information management platform solves their challenges and supports successful deals.
You will join the Sales Engineering EMEA team and report to the Sr. Director of Sales Engineering EMEA.
Qualifications
- Understanding of technical presales, software solutions, enterprise architecture, integrations, security, and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with sales to provide solution consulting and technical expertise during the sales process.
- Technical Consultation: Explain product value, benefits, features and technical details to potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers and coordinate with internal teams for success.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to advance leads, convert customers, and upsell to existing clients.
