This player-coach role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows, architectural guidance, and cross‑functional leadership to accelerate growth and reduce toil.

Qualifications

5+ years leading quota carrying customer-facing technical teams in SaaS, cloud, or infrastructure.
Architectural mindset to design enterprise network and security architectures.
Excellent communication translating technical concepts into business outcomes.
Proven revenue forecasting experience in enterprise SaaS or infrastructure.
Strong leadership and coaching with ability to give direct, actionable feedback.
Outstanding written and verbal communication for executives and teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and coach a diverse team of Customer Engineers across multiple levels.
Forecast pipeline, manage new business and expansion outcomes weekly, and own numbers.
Drive adoption and consumption targets in partnership with Sales, Support, and Services.
Provide real-time coaching on architecture, positioning, and executive communication.
Ensure efficient GTM operations using dashboards, forecasting, and account planning.
Champion AI agents, LLMs, and automation to scale advisory impact.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Enablement to surface field feedback.
