Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a high-performing Sales Engineer Specialist to drive success for our Storage & Analysis portfolio in the EMEA region. The role suits someone who thrives in customer-facing settings, owns outcomes, and consistently exceeds sales goals.

You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor, articulate product value, collaborate with Sales to accelerate opportunities, and provide feedback to shape product direction. Remote-first, travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

5+ years in logs/metrics/observability or security in customer-facing roles.
Experience selling to new and existing customers.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3–5 years of customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

Explain the value of Storage & Analysis products throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with Product Sales Specialist to develop sales strategies and drive pipeline.
Develop demos and selling artifacts with the Field team reflecting customer usage patterns.
Demo the product and answer questions during initial sales calls.
Deliver sales presentations and run Proof of Value events.
Guide customers through proof-of-concept activities and ensure success.
Document use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
Work across time zones and occasionally outside standard hours.
