Job summary

ClearCaptions, LLC. is seeking a Sales Enablement Trainer to lead our sales enablement and business operations team. This remote role reports to the Sr. Sales Enablement Manager and focuses on driving adoption, training, and data accuracy within Salesforce.

You will develop programs for senior customer engagement, manage a remote team, coordinate events, and collaborate with sales leaders on training needs and process improvements to boost productivity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, Salesforce operations, or team management.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and Salesforce administration.
• Proactive, results-oriented with a focus on customer adoption and retention.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales enablement strategies for our senior customer base.
• Lead a team coordinating events, providing Salesforce support, data correction, and operational projects.
• Identify training needs and drive process improvements with sales leadership.
• Create and deliver engaging training programs on product knowledge, sales techniques, and Salesforce best practices.
• Build and maintain a sales knowledge base and standard operating procedures.
• Review sales commissions to ensure accurate payouts and oversee Salesforce operations.
• Monitor Salesforce analytics to identify optimization opportunities and support the sales team.
