Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking a Sales Enablement Training Specialist to empower the life and annuity sales teams across the Consumer Markets Division in Omaha, NE or Newport Beach, CA. You will drive adoption of Salesforce, Tableau, and other enablement tools, delivering customized training to wholesalers to optimize territory management and sales outcomes.

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of tools and processes to support field sales (Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, etc.).
Ability to translate business needs into scalable, repeatable enablement processes.
Strong focus on customer experience and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Provide central point of contact for one-on-one sales enablement support and training.
Track and report trends for Sales Intelligence, Sales Training, and Marketing.
Coordinate cross-functional requests to resolve complex issues with Sales, IT and Marketing.
Troubleshoot technical issues and log comprehensive cases for resolution.
Participate in organizational observations to improve processes and tooling.
Support CE and webinar processes with Events Planning and Retirement Solutions Group.
Onboard and train new sales staff on Salesforce and enablement tools.
Develop training guides and videos with Sales Training.
Identify opportunities to streamline Salesforce and tool experiences.
