Job summary

ClearCaptions, LLC is seeking a dedicated Sales Enablement Trainer to lead our sales enablement and business operations team. This remote role reports to the Sr.

Sales Enablement Manager and focuses on driving sales excellence, Salesforce optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will develop training programs, oversee events, provide Salesforce support, and ensure adoption and retention of our products for a senior customer base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5 years relevant experience in sales enablement, Salesforce operations, team management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, and Salesforce administration.
• Proactive and results‑oriented mindset, with a commitment to driving customer adoption and retention.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales enablement strategies tailored to our senior customer base.
• Lead a team responsible for coordinating events, Salesforce support, data correction, and other operational projects.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to identify training needs and process improvements.
• Create and deliver engaging training programs for sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and Salesforce best practices.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales knowledge base, SOPs, and other educational materials.
• Review Sales commissions to ensure correct payouts.
• Oversee day-to-day Salesforce operations and support the sales team with troubleshooting.
• Monitor Salesforce analytics to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Manage a remote team, handling timecards, performance evaluations, and ensuring success.
