Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a strategic enablement leader to develop and execute initiatives that improve time-to-value and customer adoption for post-sales teams. This role focuses on shaping programs that accelerate value realization for customers.

You will oversee onboarding and training programs, including live demos and lab environments for Customer Success and technical field teams, and partner with Product, Engineering, and CS leadership to refine programs and drive measurable business impact.
