Job summary

Motion is seeking a Sales Enablement Trainer to support the sales organization with onboarding, ongoing training, and best practice sharing. You will design learning paths, collaborate with sales leaders, and deliver sessions across field offices and remote teams.

The role emphasizes building tools, measuring impact with metrics, and ensuring sales readiness through data-driven enablement. Travel to branches and training centers may be required to support new hires and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field with 5+ years of related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Builds and defines onboarding and ongoing training paths for field sales.
• Plans and delivers training sessions at the Birmingham Training & Development center and remote locations.
• Develops enablement tools and measures program effectiveness.
• Collaborates with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to align programs with priorities.
• Uses data to identify gaps and improve enablement solutions.
• Tracks metrics and ensures sales readiness.
