Job summary

AlertMedia in Austin, TX, is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to equip frontline sellers with practical training content and proven enablement resources. You will translate customer conversations into training materials, craft one-pagers and role-play guides, and drive adoption across Sales and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in Sales, Sales Development, Account Management, Customer Success, or another revenue role.
• 1+ years in a sales closing environment.
• Understanding of sales motions, customer conversations, prospecting, discovery, and pipeline management.
• Strong coachability, curiosity, adaptability, and ability to learn quickly.
• Comfort facilitating live or virtual sessions, group discussions, practice exercises, role plays, and call review conversations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to simplify complex information into training materials.
• Interest in creating enablement content including presentations, one-pagers, job aids, role play scenarios, call review guides, and eLearning modules.
• Experience using PowerPoint or similar tools to create clear, professional content.
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate work and create scalable learning resources.
• Proactive mindset for identifying new AI applications to enhance seller productivity and streamline workflows.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Collaborative style to build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, Learning & Development, and Sales Leadership.
• Willingness to learn and maintain enablement platforms such as Seismic, Gong, SharePoint, and Docebo.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Seismic, SharePoint, Docebo, or similar platforms is a plus.
