Job description

We are looking for a Sales Enablement & Training Manager with 5+ years of experience to join our client's team. This individual will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs specifically tailored for the client's sales organization. The ideal candidate will not only have a proven track record in sales enablement and instructional design but also prior successful experience in Sales and a strong understanding of the AI-driven SaaS sales process and experience with AI tools for training.

What you will do:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales training strategy that aligns with company objectives and sales goals, with a focus on AI role plays and persona-based learning paths.
• Design and deliver engaging and effective training content for new hire onboarding, ongoing product training, and reinforcement of sales methodologies, leveraging AI and LMS platforms.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, product marketing, and other cross-functional teams to identify training needs and ensure content is accurate, relevant, and industry-leading.
• Manage the learning management system (LMS) and other enablement tools to ensure sales reps have easy access to resources, and providing administrative support for new hires.
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs, feedback, and performance analysis to continuously improve our enablement initiatives, and reporting these insights to leadership.
