Job summary

TrueCommerce, Inc. is seeking a strategic Sales Enablement Lead to partner with the Sr. Director of Strategic Initiatives across NA and EMEA. You will drive AI for Sales, onboarding, training, content governance, and events, while shaping a culture of continuous learning.

You’ll empower cross-functional teams—RevOps, Marketing, Product, and People—through structured learning programs, LMS administration, and data-driven reporting, with remote-first flexibility and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program coordination, sales enablement, or training within a sales or revenue organization.
• Self-starter who operates independently and follows through without prompting.
• Experience designing structured learning programs, e-learning, curricula, assessments, and certifications.
• Hands-on experience administering sales technology platforms and LMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support AI for Sales initiatives, onboarding and training delivery across sales methodology and product launches.
• Develop launch enablement plans, learning paths, communications, and post-launch reinforcement.
• Build structured learning programs including modules, assessments, and certifications.
• Own the Global Sales SharePoint as the central source of sales resources and training.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams with RevOps, Marketing, Product, and People teams.
• Maintain program trackers and prepare briefing materials for leadership reviews.
