Job summary

AlertMedia in Austin, TX is seeking a Sales Enablement specialist to craft training content and enable the sales team with scalable resources. You will facilitate live or virtual sessions, develop playbooks, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, Learning and Development, and Sales Leadership.

The role requires 1–2+ years in revenue-facing roles, experience in a closing environment, strong communication, and proficiency with PowerPoint and AI tools to accelerate

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in a customer-facing revenue role such as Sales, Sales Development, Account Management, or Customer Success.
• 1+ years in a sales closing environment.
• Understand sales motions, customer conversations, discovery, pipeline management, and the skills sellers need to be successful.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex information into clear training materials.
• Interest in creating enablement content (presentations, job aids, role-plays, eLearning).
• Experience using PowerPoint to create clear, professional content.
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate work and create scalable learning resources.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Collaborative style and ability to build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, Revenue Ops, L&D, and Sales Leadership.
• Willingness to learn and maintain enablement platforms such as Seismic, Gong, SharePoint, and Docebo.
• Location: Austin, TX in-office 3-5 days a week; sponsorship not provided.
