Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an AI Sales Enablement Manager to own the design, delivery and continuous improvement of the sales enablement engine supporting our AI go-to-market teams. This role equips sellers and partners with training content, tools, and operational rigor needed to win AI-led deals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field and experience in sales enablement GTM operations or marketing within tech consulting or professional services.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex offerings into clear sales-ready content.
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

Lead Sales Enablement and deliver training materials, videos, demos, and onboarding content for AI offerings.
Own SharePoint page management and centralize enablement resources across the BU.
Create pitch decks, battle cards, and one-pagers to support seller conversations and improve win rates.
