FedEx Logistics is seeking a Sales Development Associate on the Sales Development team. This development-focused role trains for eventual territory alignment and provides coverage across unassigned markets.

The position emphasizes learning, mentorship, and participation in joint calls rather than quota-bearing ownership. You will engage in onboarding, shadowing, and data-driven outreach, with regular coaching and pipeline reviews to accelerate readiness for permanent territory assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• Four (4) years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
• One (1) year of the Company’s business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Participates actively in sales training programs covering company products, services, supply chain solutions, CRM systems, and data-driven selling tools.
• Conducts structured job shadowing with other SMB roles to observe best practices in cold outreach, lead qualification, value proposition delivery, and opportunity handoffs.
• Engages in joint customer calls, call cycling, and field visits with experienced team members to build practical sales competencies and industry acumen.
• In a training and support capacity, assists active SDR II territories with background research, outbound outreach, and prospective lead qualification under a secondary territory mapping framework.
