Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or four years of B2B sales experience or one year of the Company's B2B sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Structured onboarding and learning through sales training on products, services, and data-driven tools.
• Peer shadowing and mentorship to observe best practices in cold outreach and lead qualification.
• Joint calls and field visits to build sales competencies and industry acumen.
• Developmental pipeline support across territories without direct sales quotas or ownership.
• Regular performance coaching, call reviews, and pipeline reviews with leadership.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned by leadership.
