FedEx Logistics is seeking a Sales Development Associate to support the Sales Development team. This development-focused role trains for permanent territory alignment, providing coverage across unassigned or high-volume markets while not carrying direct sales quotas.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or 4 years of B2B sales experience.
One year of the Company’s B2B sales experience.
Must live within 50-mile radius of Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, FL or surrounding cities.

Responsibilities

Participates in sales training covering company products, services, CRM systems, and data-driven selling tools.
Conducts structured job shadowing to observe cold outreach, lead qualification, and handoffs.
Engages in joint customer calls, call cycling, and field visits to build sales competencies.
Aids active SDR II territories with background research, outbound outreach, and prospective lead qualification without direct territory ownership.
Participates in regular performance coaching, call reviews, and pipeline reviews with sales leadership.
Performs other duties and special sales projects as assigned by leadership.
