Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a Sales Development Associate as part of the Sales Development team. The role emphasizes development and training, with coverage across unassigned or high-volume territories and no direct territory ownership or quotas.

Ideal candidates have a mix of education and B2B sales experience, and will participate in onboarding, shadowing, and joint calls to build practical sales competencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.
• Four (4) years of B2B sales experience required.
• One (1) year of the Company’s B2B sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Structured onboarding & learning in sales training, products, services and data-driven selling tools.
• Peer shadowing & mentorship with SMB roles to observe cold outreach and qualification practices.
• Joint call participation with experienced team members for field exposure and skills building.
• Developmental pipeline support assisting active SDR II territories with research and outreach.
• Performance tracking & feedback through coaching and pipeline reviews to speed up readiness for territory assignment.
• Other duties and special sales projects as assigned by leadership.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)

Four (4) years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience

One (1) year of the Company’s business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
