Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a Sales Development Associate to support training and development across multiple territories. This role emphasizes onboarding, mentorship, and hands-on exposure to outbound outreach and qualification activities.

You will participate in joint calls and field visits to sharpen sales skills, while avoiding direct quota responsibility until you are ready for permanent territory assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or 4 years of B2B sales experience.
• One year of B2B sales experience acceptable with other qualifications.
• Experience in business-to-business sales is valued.

Responsibilities

• Structured onboarding and learning through training programs covering products, services, and CRM.
• Peer shadowing and mentorship to observe best practices in cold outreach and qualification.
• Joint customer calls, call cycling, and field visits to build sales competencies.
• Developmental pipeline support for active SDR II territories with outbound outreach and lead qualification.
• Performance tracking and coaching with leadership to accelerate readiness for permanent territory assignment.
• Other duties and special sales projects as assigned by leadership.
