Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a Sales Development Associate to join the Sales Development team. This development-focused role trains sales professionals for permanent territory alignment and provides coverage across unassigned or high-volume markets.

You will participate in onboarding and mentorship, join calls with experienced team members, and support the development pipeline through outbound research and lead qualification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or 4 years of B2B sales experience.
• No direct sales quotas, territory ownership, or incentive compensation eligibility.
• Applicant must meet minimum requirements and may need to meet additional requirements within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Structured onboarding and learning through sales training covering products, services, and CRM systems.
• Peer shadowing and mentorship to observe best practices in outreach and qualification.
• Joint calls and field visits to build sales competencies and industry acumen.
• Developmental pipeline support with background research and prospect qualification in secondary territories.
• Performance coaching and pipeline reviews to accelerate readiness for permanent territory assignment.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned by leadership.
