Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a Sales Development Associate within the Sales Development team. This development-focused role is designed for sales professionals preparing for permanent geographic territory alignment, with coverage across unassigned or high-volume market territories.

You will participate in structured onboarding, shadow peers, join calls and field visits, and assist with outbound outreach and lead qualification under a secondary territory mapping framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.
• Four years of B2B sales experience may substitute education.
• One year of the Company’s B2B sales experience also qualifies.

Responsibilities

• Participates actively in sales training programs covering company products, services, supply chain solutions, CRM systems, and data-driven selling tools.
• Conducts structured job shadowing with SMB roles to observe best practices in cold outreach, lead qualification, value proposition delivery, and handoffs.
• Engages in joint customer calls, call cycling, and field visits to build sales competencies and industry acumen.
• In a training/support capacity, assists active SDR II territories with background research, outbound outreach, and prospective lead qualification under a secondary territory mapping framework.
