Job summary

FedEx Logistics seeks a Sales Development Associate to join the Sales Development team. This training-focused role is designed for sales professionals preparing for permanent geographic territory alignment, providing coverage across unassigned markets.

It emphasizes learning, shadowing, and development rather than quota ownership. Applicants must meet minimum education or experience at application or within 120 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required or four years of B2B sales experience.
• One year of the Company’s B2B sales experience acceptable.
• Demonstrated involvement or leadership in school or community organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participates in structured onboarding and sales training covering products and CRM tools.
• Joins in shadowing with SMB roles to observe cold outreach and lead qualification.
• Participates in joint calls, call cycling, and field visits to build sales competencies.
• Assists active SDR territories with background research and outbound outreach without quotas or territory ownership.
• Participates in performance coaching, call reviews, and pipeline reviews with leadership.
• Fulfills other duties and special sales projects as assigned by leadership.
