Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Sales Development Rep-2 in the United States market. This role starts with a 10-week hands-on training and leads to an Account Manager path where you’ll manage relationships and grow accounts.

You will research target customers, document leads, and build profiles using LinkedIn, Seismic, Gong, Salesforce, and Hoovers. The position offers a base salary of $65,000 plus weekly commissions and bonuses, with additional benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience or 3+ years of professional experience.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience or related degree or internship.
• Strong desire for a career in B2B sales and excellent communication.
• Professionalism, urgency, and collaborative mindset are required.

Responsibilities

• Execute initial steps of the sales process after training.
• Research target customers and build call sheets using LinkedIn and other resources.
• Document and track leads and build customer profiles with talk tracks.
• Lead outreach and collaborate with the Director of Business Operations to identify opportunities.
