Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or 4 years of B2B sales experience or 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Offer in Advance: candidates must meet education/experience at application or within 120 days.
• Preferred: demonstrated involvement or leadership in school, community, athletic, or professional orgs.

Responsibilities

• Participates in structured onboarding and learning covering products, services, CRM systems, and selling tools.
• Undertakes peer shadowing and mentorship to observe cold outreach, lead qualification, and handoffs.
• Engages in joint customer calls and field visits to build sales competencies and industry acumen.
• Supports active SDR II territories with research, outbound outreach, and lead qualification; not quota-driven.
• Partakes in performance coaching, call/pipeline reviews with leadership; other duties as assigned.
