The position involves structured onboarding, mentorship, joint customer calls, and active pipeline support with no direct sales quotas until permanent territory is assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; OR Four (4) years of B2B sales experience; OR One (1) year of the Company's B2B sales experience.
• B2B or high-value B2C sales experience using digital tools & CRM.

Responsibilities

• Participates actively in sales training programs covering company products, services, supply chain solutions, CRM systems, and data-driven selling tools.
• Conducts structured job shadowing with other SMB roles to observe best practices in cold outreach, lead qualification, value proposition delivery, and opportunity handoffs.
• Engages in joint customer calls, call cycling, and field visits with experienced team members to build practical sales competencies and industry acumen.
• In a training and support capacity, assists active SDR II territories with background research, outbound outreach, and prospective lead qualification under a secondary territory mapping framework.
• Actively participates in regular performance coaching, call reviews, and pipeline reviews with sales leadership to accelerate readiness for permanent territory assignment.
• Performs other duties and special sales projects as assigned by leadership.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Four (4) years of B2B sales experience

One (1) year of the Company's B2B sales experience
