Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or Four (4) years of B2B sales experience or One (1) year of the Company’s B2B sales experience.
• Experience with B2B sales and training programs is preferred.
• Experience shadowing and collaborating in team-based sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Participates in structured onboarding and sales training for products, services and CRM tools.
• Shadows SMB roles to learn best practices in outreach, qualification, and handoffs.
• Engages in joint calls and field visits to build sales competence and industry acumen.
• Supports active SDR II territories with research and lead qualification without quotas.
• Receives coaching and participates in reviews to accelerate readiness for permanent territory assignment.
