Responsibilities

• Participates actively in sales training covering company products, services, and CRM tools.
• Conducts structured job shadowing with SMB roles to observe best practices in outreach and qualification.
• Engages in joint customer calls and field visits to build sales competencies and industry acumen.
• Assists active SDR territories with background research, outbound outreach, and lead qualification.
• Participates in performance coaching, call reviews, and pipeline reviews with sales leadership.
