Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.
• Four years of B2B sales experience.
• One year of the Company’s B2B sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Participates actively in sales training programs covering company products, services, supply chain solutions, CRM systems, and data-driven selling tools.
• Conducts structured job shadowing with other SMB roles to observe best practices in cold outreach, lead qualification, value proposition delivery, and opportunity handoffs.
• Engages in joint customer calls, call cycling, and field visits with experienced team members to build practical sales competencies and industry acumen.
• Assists active SDR II territories with background research, outbound outreach, and prospective lead qualification under a secondary territory mapping framework; no direct quotas or ownership.
• Participates in regular performance coaching, call reviews, and pipeline reviews with sales leadership to accelerate readiness for permanent territory assignment.
• Performs other duties and special sales projects as assigned by leadership.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)

Four (4) years of B2B sales experience

One (1) year of the Company’s B2B sales experience
