Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Sales Development Associate to join the Sales Development team. This development-focused role trains for permanent territory alignment and provides coverage across unassigned or high-volume markets, with no direct sales quotas.

The position emphasizes onboarding, mentorship, joint customer calls, and proactive lead qualification under a structured learning path, with pay transparency and relocation considerations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent); OR
• Four (4) years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience; OR
• One (1) year of the Company's business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Participates actively in sales training programs covering company products, services, supply chain solutions, CRM systems, and data-driven selling tools.
• Conducts structured job shadowing with other SMB roles to observe best practices in cold outreach, lead qualification, value proposition delivery, and opportunity handoffs.
• Engages in joint customer calls, call cycling, and field visits with experienced team members to build practical sales competencies and industry acumen.
• In a training and support capacity, assists active SDR II territories with background research, outbound outreach, and prospective lead qualification under a secondary territory mapping framework.
• Actively participates in regular performance coaching, call reviews, and pipeline reviews with sales leadership to accelerate readiness for permanent territory assignment.
• Performs other duties and special sales projects as assigned by leadership.
