As a Sales Associate on our Fluid Solutions team, you’ll start a structured training path to become an Outside Sales Representative, learning from industry experts and gaining hands-on experience with our products. You’ll train at a local branch, join a North America onboarding class, execute outbound campaigns across construction verticals, and master our CRM and mobile tools while building relationships that drive customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing sales role preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proficient computer and mobile device skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Training: must live within reasonable driving distance of assigned branch and report on-site M-F

Responsibilities

• Begin training at a local branch, shadowing both sales and operational roles to gain understanding of the full equipment-rental lifecycle.
• Join North America-wide onboarding class to sharpen sales technique and build internal support network.
• Progress through outbound sales campaigns across construction verticals and customer segments.
• Master sales tools including CRM, inventory management platforms, customer portal, and mobile apps.
• Lead high-level sales conversations involving price negotiations, multi-piece rental requests, and service contracts.
• Learn proven sales methodologies to deliver solutions and drive revenue growth.
• Participate in local team initiatives and track progress with real-time metrics.
• Receive daily feedback from leadership meetings, coaching sessions, and ride-alongs to jobsites.
• SDP typically lasts 4–6 months before promotion to Outside Sales Representative.
• Other duties as assigned
