You will embark on a structured training path designed to prepare you for an Outside Sales Representative role, working with industry experts to gain hands-on experience with our equipment and learn relationship-building skills that drive customer success.

The role emphasizes training at a local branch, onboarding across North America, outbound campaigns across construction verticals, and mastery of key sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing sales role preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proficient computer and mobile devices skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Training: must live within reasonable driving distance of assigned branch and report on-site M-F

Responsibilities

• Begin your training at a local branch, shadowing sales and operations roles to learn the full equipment rental lifecycle.
• Join a North America onboarding class to sharpen sales techniques in a collaborative environment.
• Progress through outbound campaigns exposing you to different construction verticals and client segments.
• Master sales tools including the CRM, inventory management platforms, customer portal, and mobile apps.
• Lead high-level conversations involving price negotiations and multi-piece rental requests.
• Learn proven sales methodologies to deliver customer solutions and drive revenue growth.
• Participate in local team initiatives and track progress through performance metrics.
• Receive daily feedback from leadership and ride-alongs to jobsites to plan account strategies.
